OPS’s handling of the Transparency Act

At OPS, we want to have an overview internally and externally of the importance of having a good knowledge of and surveying our suppliers and other business partners.

‘’Åpenhetsloven’’ becomes a fixed point on the board and leads the meetings so that it is well anchored at all times and communicated to our employees.

An ongoing risk analysis is carried out of the extent of the risk of violations of basic human rights and decent working conditions in the various parts of the business internally, in the supply chains and with other business partners. Continuous and annual supplier assessment is carried out for all our most important suppliers. Then these are also assessed for their treatment and safeguarding of their employees and their rights in order to safeguard the human rights laws.

OPS takes this seriously in order to show respect for basic human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and the delivery of services.

There is a separate point in the annual management review that reviews basic human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and the delivery of services at OPS and its suppliers.

All inquiries concerning OPS' handling and processing of basic human rights and decent working conditions can be communicated via the following email address: apenhetsloven@opsas.no
