Code of Conduct for Suppliers for OPS Composite Solutions, May 2025

1. Purpose
The purpose of this guideline is to ensure that all suppliers to OPS Composite Solutions AS operate in accordance with high ethical standards, applicable laws, and the company’s core values regarding sustainability, quality, and integrity.

2. Legislation and Ethical Standards
The supplier shall:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate.
- Be expected to ensure that suppliers, agents, partners, and subcontractors act in a manner consistent with our ethical guidelines and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure fair competition and oppose all forms of corruption, bribery, and unethical business practices.
- Protect confidential information and intellectual property.

3. Working Conditions and Human Rights
The supplier shall:
- Respect fundamental human rights as defined in the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO Core Conventions.
- Not use child labor or forced labor.
- Ensure safe and fair working conditions, including health, safety, and decent wages.
- Ensure diversity, equality, and non-discrimination in the workplace.

4. Environment and Sustainability
The supplier shall:
- Actively reduce the environmental impact of their operations, including emissions, waste, and energy consumption.
- Comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
- Work for continuous improvement in environmental management and sustainable practices.


5. Quality and Traceability
The supplier shall:
- Deliver goods and services in accordance with agreed quality and safety requirements.
- Have necessary systems for quality control and traceability of deliveries.
- Promptly notify OPS Composite Solutions in case of errors, deviations, or incidents that may affect deliveries or product safety.
- Be encouraged to develop new and more environmentally friendly materials.


6. Information Security
The supplier shall:
- Protect business-critical information, including personal data, from unauthorized access and leakage.
- Comply with relevant laws, including GDPR, and OPS Composite Solutions' internal guidelines when handling information.


7. Compliance and Follow-up
The supplier commits to complying with this Code of Conduct and ensuring that its subcontractors also do so. OPS Composite Solutions reserves the right to conduct audits, inspections, or evaluations to ensure compliance. Breach of this guideline may result in termination of the collaboration.


8. Whistleblowing
The supplier shall have procedures in place that enable safe reporting of unacceptable conditions without fear of retaliation. OPS Composite Solutions also encourages reporting directly to the company if serious violations are uncovered.
